Barbara Toole O'Neil focusing on integrated environmental solutions, sustainability, climate, and air qualityas a Principal Scientist for Adelante Consulting.  She is an accredited Lead Verifier for California Air Resources Board under the mandatory reporting rule and the cap-and-trade program, and an accredited auditor for the Validated Audit Process (VAP) under the Electronics Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC).  For the last 10 years, Ms. Toole O'Neil has focused on climate services, corporate responsibility and energy efficiency projects for a wide range of clients from the industrial manufacturing sector to ecosystems services clients.  While at DNVGL, Ms. Toole O'Neil focused on climate service projects, including inventory verifications, project validations/verifications and methodology assessments.  She is currently a member of the Hearing Board of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District, and a member of the Environmental Management Advisory Board for the UC Berkeley Extension program, advisor to Cradle to Cradle Product Innovation Institute Standards Board for Renewable Energy and Carbon Management.
