Ms. Victoria Evans is an independent consultant providing sustainability reporting carbon footprint accounting, management and strategy services.  She previously was the Chief Scientist for Carbon Venture Partners and led consulting practices for energy and climate change Services at ERM and URS in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Ms. Evans has over thirty eight years of professional experience and was formerly the Assistant Director of the UC Davis Air Quality Research Center.  Her experience includes performing projects involving research, regulatory support, greenhouse gas emissions analyses, carbon management strategies, Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) projects, and EISs/EIRs.  She served as an A&WMA Student Chapter Advisor at UC Davis for two years and served on the Board of the A&WMA Mother Lode Chapter.  Ms. Evans has served as a session chair and panel moderator at numerous national A&WMA conferences.  She taught multiple sessions on GHG Inventory Reporting in national and regional venues for A&WMA and served as the Co-Program Chair of A&WMA's Specialty Conference, Greenhouse Gas Strategies in a Changing Climate, held November 2011 in San Francisco.  Her outreach experience includes developing the first program on air quality for Cadette Girl Scouts in the Mother Lode region.  Her professional tenure also includes experience at the Department of the Interior, National Park Service and EPRI.  She has Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
