Ms. Wilma Dreessen has been a member of A&WMA since 2000 and has participated in annual conferences by leading technical panels in air toxics and climate change.  She has been the chair for the Golden West Chapter for the past two years and membership chair for six years.  Prior to becoming chair, she served as Vice Chair for two years.  She has over 20 years of experience in air quality permitting, regulatory compliance, compliance auditing, ambient air quality impact analysis, health risk assessments, environmental impact assessment and mitigation, climate change, risk management plans, and odor control.  Ms. Dreessen has experience throughout California, the West, Northwest and Hawaii.  She is certified by South Coast Air Quality Management District (AQMD) and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD).  She currently works in air permitting and emission inventories at Tesoro Golden Eagle Refinery.
